Refund policy

At RX CUSTOMS, we stand by the quality of our products and strive to ensure you have a smooth experience. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order number. Please note that we cannot accept returns on used or installed parts, nor on items damaged after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
